Face to Face Counselling.
There are many types of counselling service available just now on the internet, but nothing can truly compare with face to face couselling.
For those that can travel to a nearby therapist, the results are the best.

My type of work covers 3 main strands of counselling:

1. Marriage guidance & relationships>
2. Sexual Abuse
3. Panic attacks

You may have any particular reason for coming to therapy. Often you may find yourself in a distressing situation which you want to talk about in full and have support to work your way through.
You may, for example, be going through a separation or perhaps you have compulsive thoughts or diffcuties when relating to others. You may, on the other hand, want more meaning from your life.

In a warm and suuporting atmosphere, I will work with you.
My aim is to help you resolve your difficluties and become a healthier being as a reult.
The benefits of this will be to have less internal conflict and be less held back by your inhibitions and become more liberated and more able to fully enjoy your life and your relatiionship with others.
I will work to create a relationship in whixh your experience is understood, and worked with so that you may finally learn to let it go and move on with your life.
